Horrible and rude managers
Recently had some service work done on my 2016 Ford Taurus (wheel bearing + oil change) No complaints for the service work as it was done quickly but very bad experience regarding a damaged tire caused by the dealer which they denied to take responsibility for. (Inside of the tire sliced caused by hoist floor arm) I spoke with Sue and Tony both who were very rude to me regarding this concern. Exact words from Tony himself ***(we don't take responsibility for any tire issues). I told him I will see you in person with my dad and speak with you about this issue and his response (well you can come down if you like with your dad, uncle or whoever but I don't want to see you,) completely unacceptable responses especially being managers. I was not notified of the tire damage and they did not phone me to ask if i wanted the tire replaced especially being on the sidewall which is a major safety hazard only notes in the inspection report stating small cut in left front tire. I told Tony i shouldve been notified of the damaged tire and asked what if the tire blew on the highway causing a major accident? and he just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal and laughed it off. My vehicle had a previous accident but is still under ford factory warranty because of the previous accident Tony and Sue both threatned me if I proceed any further regarding this tire issue they will deny my warranty claim because of my vehicle being in an accident. And i will have to pay the whole amount. Currently made a claim with Ford Canada regarding this matter and hope to get this resolved.
Happy Ford Owner
Key West is a Reputable Dealership
I have been dealing with Key West for quite a few years for both purchasing and servicing of my FORD cars. I have always found them to be sincere, helpful and easy to deal with for my purchases and listen to what you are asking for. As far as servicing, they are honest and go the extra to make sure you are happy.
Key West Ford
We went to Key West because they had an excellent selection of pre-owned Ford Flex's in stock. We were coming in from out of town to make the purchase, so arranging to have the vehicle available for test drives, getting some service work done prior to taking possession, and then getting the vehicle to us in Kelowna required some coordination. Overall, there were a lot of moving parts to this deal, but Colton the service rep handled everything smoothly and got us into our new car. We're very happy with our new car and with all aspects of our experience at Key West.
I recently needed a new vehicle and had a wonderful experience last time I bought new vehicle at key west ford so once again I go and visit the wonderful people at key west , and sure enough they go above and beyond to help me into another vehicle. I recommend visit key west ford if looking for a vehicle , I’m a customer for life won’t go anywhere else.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They truly know how to treat people. Robert made me feel welcome and I will recommend Key West to my family and friends
My search for a family SUV
Having worked in the service industry myself for over 15 years I appreciate good customer service when I see it.
My experience with the team at Key West Ford was exceptional.
From Yashar in the service department to Rob Vanoverschot and Mike Nokes in the sales office the experience was always friendly, professional and most importantly one where I felt my family's needs were of the highest priority.
We test drove many SUV's of different makes and models and our final decision was unanimous. The Ford Explorer Sport ticked all the boxes for us and more with the quality of the drive, tech package, moon roof and mid console and captain's seats for the kids. A gorgeous vehicle and one we can't wait to drive and take on many long family road trips!
Thank you Key West Ford, you guys are awesome!
Jag Dhillon was very willing to work out a deal with us and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Definitely recommend Jag and Key West Ford.
Thank you for your help
We just purchased a car from Peter Olson and it was great shopping experience with him. Peter was very knowledgeable about cars, and introduced a lot of detailed features to us. During the price negotiation, we didn't feel push, he worked hard to get the best price for us. Highly recommend to buy a car with him.

And then there’s the motor. The turbocharged 1.6L four-cylinder cranks out 215 HP and 210-lb.-ft. of torque—it doesn’t play around. Moreover, the standard six-speed manual transmission gives drivers the thrill of stick shifting; this car wasn’t meant for an automatic. Finally, fuel economy is stellar. Even with all this power, the EPA estimates you’ll get an average of 31 highway MPG / 25 city.
Get yourself a car that the critics and consumers love, Seattle! The 2017 Nissan Juke SL is a super compact wonder that will wow you every time you get behind the wheel. It’s a peppy, spirited vehicle that is stocked with smart technologies that will help make your everyday extraordinary.
The engine here is a bundle of thrilling energy that will send your 2017 Juke SL rocketing down Seattle’s streets. It’s a 1.6L four-cylinder that’s been turbocharged for maximum performance. You’ll receive a healthy 188 HP and 177-lb.-ft. of torque. Payload maxes out at 953 pounds—that’s right, nearly a full 1,000! And the fuel economy is something that should really get your attention—there’s an EPA-estimated average MPG rating of 32 highway / 28 city.
There are many inclusions within the interior of the 2017 Titan SL that further enhance the experience. Automatic headlamps prevent you from forgetting to activate your lights as dusk or inclement weather approaches—a nifty safety feature. As you speed around, the six-speaker audio system with eight-inch subwoofer will maintain a fun, bass-heavy beat. Plus, NissanConnect technology works to enable voice control of a number of in-cabin commands, including adjustment of the climate, use of phone functions, and more.
High performance is great—everyone loves a speedy electric car with a plentiful driving range. But that’s not our focus today. Sometimes, you need to know that your prospective new vehicle has the safety of you and yours well accounted for. And the 2014 Nissan LEAF is exactly that machine.
Nothing is certain when you’re on the roads of Seattle, Renton, and Bellevue, but the 2014 LEAF takes away some of that worry due to its suite of safety features. The electronic stability control allows for reliable handling thanks to its intelligent assessment of street conditions and resulting automatic tweaking of traction ratios and torque. The ABS also swiftly engages, allowing the automobile to decelerate appropriately. Plus, airbags are in no short supply—there are front- and side-impact inflatables scattered throughout.
Oh, and one more thing: this LEAF provides seats that are astutely designed with contoured head restraints that prevent whiplash. These work to mitigate vibrations in a collision, lessening the odds of trauma to your body and those of your passengers. You’ll be able to drive with great peace of mind!
We know you’ve heard all about it—Nissan’s all-electric, zero-emissions wonder machine. But while we definitely want to talk to you today about the 2017 LEAF SL's engine performance, we also want to detail all the additions that add up to a seriously refined vehicle.
The 2017 Nissan LEAF SL comes packed with an 80 kW AC synchronous engine that is the heart of the machine. This motor, in conjunction with its 30 kWh, 360V lithium-ion battery, enables it to produce 107 HP and 187-lb.-ft. of torque. Notably, you’re gifted with a 107-mile driving range, which should be more than enough for the daily morning commute. And you can charge the machine all the way up in just seven hours via a 220-volt power outlet.
The LEAF SL is otherwise prepared for your ownership with a sensational suite of inclusions. There’s dual-zone automatic air conditioning to allow each side of the car to enjoy their own temperature preferences. Heated front seats are convenient on chilly nights. Also, the GPS navigation system is a boon for trips outside of Seattle, Renton, and Bellevue.
Step into a spectacular mid-size crossover today, Seattle! The 2017 Nissan Murano SL is a pure performer on the streets. It offers a fantastic engine as well as immensely useful safety features designed to prevent collisions. As such, it’s no surprise it’s been so well received by consumers everywhere.
The 2017 Nissan Murano SL benefits from an excellent 3.5L V6 motor that is responsive and refined. It produces 260 horses and 240-lb.-ft. of torque, although that doesn’t tell the whole story. The engine is mated to a Xtronic CVT (continuously variable transmission) that mimics an automatic with a sensationally smooth driving experience. And the MPG average is fantastic, as you’ll be cruising to the tune of 28 MPG highway.
The Murano SL offers a number of technologies centered around providing for the safety of your occupants. Electronic stability and traction control work overtime to ensure your wheels maintain their grip on the road no matter the conditions. The side mirrors have turn signals integrated directly into them, letting other drivers know whenever you plan to make a move into another lane. Also, daytime running lights automatically activate on your behalf.
The 2013 Nissan Juke SL isn’t like many other cars out there today. It’s relatively small—a super compact, really—yet it’s decidedly peppy and spirited. What’s more is that it even sports a number of inclusions you’d normally only expect to see in luxury vehicles. In short, it’s both fun and refined.
This car really reacts when you push the pedal down. The 2013 Nissan Juke SL is quick off the starting line and maintains great acceleration throughout as a function of its 1.6L turbocharged four-cylinder engine. This motor produces 188 horses and 177-lb.-ft. of torque and delivers sublime efficiency—an EPA-estimated average MPG of 27 city / 32 highway. Super!
The inside of this Juke is absolutely stocked, too. Overhead, the moonroof is power sliding, making it a cinch to quickly open for an enjoyable breeze on a warm day. Push-button start lets you swiftly embark on your trips throughout Seattle. The five-inch color touchscreen module in the center stack includes GPS navigation, ensuring you never lose your way. Also, a six-speaker Rockford Fosgate sound unit makes for wonderful listening.
There’s much to enjoy about what’s under the hood of this 2017 Nissan Juke SL. The engine is a 1.6L turbocharged four-cylinder that delivers 188 horses and 177-lb.-ft. of torque. This is good for a payload capacity of 953 pounds. However, of perhaps more interest to prospective owners is the wonderful fuel efficiency—an EPA-estimated 32 highway / 28 average MPG rating.
There’s tons to like about how Nissan has approached the design of the exterior of the 2017 Juke SL, too. A moonroof overhead lets in glorious sunlight and a cool breeze whenever drivers demand it on a hot day. Automatic headlamps flick on intelligently as dusk approaches, just in case you become forgetful. The side mirrors are heated to cut through ice and snow on cold evenings to improve your visibility. Plus, they are powered to allow for easy adjustments to mitigate blind spots.
Sure, you want a truck, but you may not need the largest, most unwieldy beast available today. Instead, a highly capable but sensible pickup will do. Well, if this sounds like the market you’re in, might we suggest the 2017 Nissan Frontier S? It’s a heck of a machine that delivers both performance and safety.
The 2017 Nissan Frontier S is outfitted with a 2.5L four-cylinder motor. This is a fantastic engine that produces 152 horses and 171-lb.-ft. of torque—exactly what you need but not “overkill” that might result in poor mileage. In fact, this truck receives a strong EPA-estimated MPG rating of 23 highway. Plus, the five-speed manual is a thrilling throwback to the stick-shifting days of yore, giving you full control of the automobile.
The Frontier S is viewed very favorably when it comes to the security of its passengers, as well. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) awards it with an overall score of four out of five in this department. It excels with the highest ratings the body offers in the following specific categories, too: “Side Barrier, “Overall Side Pole,” “Front Seat,” “Side Crash Driver Side,” “Combined Rear Seat,” “Side Crash Passenger Side,” and “Overall Side.”
With a four-door sedan, you want to know that you’re receiving an automobile that offers both peppy performance and ample size to accommodate your passengers. One without the other is no good—this isn’t a sports car, after all. Fortunately, the 2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 S delivers both.
There’s plenty to work with under the hood here. This 2016 Nissan Altima offers a 2.5L four-cylinder motor that serves up 182 horses and 180-lb.-ft. of torque. This is good for a sublime 0 to 60 MPH time of only 7.7 seconds. And keep in mind that this engine is mated to a two-speed Xtronic continuously variable transmission (CVT). This mimics an automatic but provides an even smoother experience through the delivery of effectively limitless gear ratios. Sensational!
The 2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 S is also super accommodating. The 109.3” wheelbase yields plenty of space for all your passengers. Occupants will have 40.0” of headroom, 45.0” of legroom, and 54.0” of hip room. The rear tells a similar story, with measurements of 37.1”, 52.1”, and 36.1”, respectively.

Your kids are getting older and they are literally stretching in size right before your eyes. When they were younger, you had no trouble fitting all three pint-sized passengers in the back seat of your sedan. But, now? Protest is the name of the game as your kids fight over shotgun status. It's a battle of wills for more leg and head room and you are caught in the middle.
Allow the 2016 Nissan Juke S be the referee for this match. Across its two rows, it delivers a family-friendly interior with ample space for up to five passengers (even adults), but with a familiar compact exterior that you know and love.
