Horrible and rude managers
Recently had some service work done on my 2016 Ford Taurus (wheel bearing + oil change) No complaints for the service work as it was done quickly but very bad experience regarding a damaged tire caused by the dealer which they denied to take responsibility for. (Inside of the tire sliced caused by hoist floor arm) I spoke with Sue and Tony both who were very rude to me regarding this concern. Exact words from Tony himself ***(we don't take responsibility for any tire issues). I told him I will see you in person with my dad and speak with you about this issue and his response (well you can come down if you like with your dad, uncle or whoever but I don't want to see you,) completely unacceptable responses especially being managers. I was not notified of the tire damage and they did not phone me to ask if i wanted the tire replaced especially being on the sidewall which is a major safety hazard only notes in the inspection report stating small cut in left front tire. I told Tony i shouldve been notified of the damaged tire and asked what if the tire blew on the highway causing a major accident? and he just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal and laughed it off. My vehicle had a previous accident but is still under ford factory warranty because of the previous accident Tony and Sue both threatned me if I proceed any further regarding this tire issue they will deny my warranty claim because of my vehicle being in an accident. And i will have to pay the whole amount. Currently made a claim with Ford Canada regarding this matter and hope to get this resolved.
Happy Ford Owner
Key West is a Reputable Dealership
I have been dealing with Key West for quite a few years for both purchasing and servicing of my FORD cars. I have always found them to be sincere, helpful and easy to deal with for my purchases and listen to what you are asking for. As far as servicing, they are honest and go the extra to make sure you are happy.
Key West Ford
We went to Key West because they had an excellent selection of pre-owned Ford Flex's in stock. We were coming in from out of town to make the purchase, so arranging to have the vehicle available for test drives, getting some service work done prior to taking possession, and then getting the vehicle to us in Kelowna required some coordination. Overall, there were a lot of moving parts to this deal, but Colton the service rep handled everything smoothly and got us into our new car. We're very happy with our new car and with all aspects of our experience at Key West.
I recently needed a new vehicle and had a wonderful experience last time I bought new vehicle at key west ford so once again I go and visit the wonderful people at key west , and sure enough they go above and beyond to help me into another vehicle. I recommend visit key west ford if looking for a vehicle , I’m a customer for life won’t go anywhere else.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They truly know how to treat people. Robert made me feel welcome and I will recommend Key West to my family and friends
My search for a family SUV
Having worked in the service industry myself for over 15 years I appreciate good customer service when I see it.
My experience with the team at Key West Ford was exceptional.
From Yashar in the service department to Rob Vanoverschot and Mike Nokes in the sales office the experience was always friendly, professional and most importantly one where I felt my family's needs were of the highest priority.
We test drove many SUV's of different makes and models and our final decision was unanimous. The Ford Explorer Sport ticked all the boxes for us and more with the quality of the drive, tech package, moon roof and mid console and captain's seats for the kids. A gorgeous vehicle and one we can't wait to drive and take on many long family road trips!
Thank you Key West Ford, you guys are awesome!
Jag Dhillon was very willing to work out a deal with us and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Definitely recommend Jag and Key West Ford.
Thank you for your help
We just purchased a car from Peter Olson and it was great shopping experience with him. Peter was very knowledgeable about cars, and introduced a lot of detailed features to us. During the price negotiation, we didn't feel push, he worked hard to get the best price for us. Highly recommend to buy a car with him.
No matter how tough the terrain may get, with the 2017 Nissan Armada SL, you’ll never surrender to the roads or the trails. That’s because this SUV is one of the premier performance and safety beasts on the streets today. We’ll break it all down for you below.
The 2017 Armada SL is packed with a 5.6L V8—and all those cylinders provide exactly the kind of power you’d expect. The direct-injection motor generates 394 horses and 390-lb.-ft of torque. All-wheel drive is utilized to make hills no problem whatsoever. Further assistance in this regard is delivered via a brake actuated limited slip differential and the class-exclusive air suspension. And the seven-speed automatic transmission offers immense ease of operation.
The security of you and your passengers has also been deftly planned for. Head, rear, and dual-side airbags shield occupants during the event of a crash. Additionally, lane-keeping technology steps in whenever you’re driving tired or under the weather; while traction control and electronic stability transfer torque to the back wheels for extra responsiveness.
Step into a superior sedan today with the 2015 Altima 2.5 S. It’s a favorite model here at Kirkland Nissan in Seattle—a vehicle that dazzles with its peppy performance and menagerie of standard cabin features. Consumers agree that it’s pretty special!
There’s plenty of power to be had here. The 2.5L four-cylinder motor will send you racing with its 182 HP and 180-lb.-ft. of torque. This delivers an EPA rating of 38 MPG highway / 27 city. However, no worries—if you want even more “grunt,” Nissan has you covered. You can opt for the 3.5L V6 that takes a slight ding when it comes to efficiency—22 city / 32 highway MPG—but more than makes up for it in performance. This configuration supplies a whopping 270 horses and 258-lb.-ft. of torque.
The Altima 2.5 S is also a well-equipped ride. The seats in the front can be easily adjusted for your comfort—six-ways and four-ways for the driver and passenger, respectively. In the rear, the bench is a 60/40 split-folding arrangement that provides storage space on the fly. Push-button ignition comes standard for when you’re in a rush. Also, NissanConnect Bluetooth supplies hands-free phone usage.
Hello, Seattle! If you want a well-equipped, fun compact car that starts at around 15-grand, please direct your attention immediately to the 2015 Nissan Versa Note SV. It has the performance and features you crave at a price that’s kind to your pocketbook.
First, performance. Check out the 1.6L four-cylinder under the hood of the 2015 Versa Note SV. Given the car’s weight class and overall size, the 109 horses and 107-lb.-ft. of torque are plenty to get you moving around Seattle, Renton, and Bellevue in a hurry. But this motor really shines when it comes to efficiency. Fuel economy is stellar at an average of 40 MPG on the highway.
There’s also a lot to dig about the interior. The cloth seat trim is premium on this model, offering an increase in comfort. The standard AM/FM/CD/AUX audio system with Bluetooth enables you to either pop in physical media or connect your phone and its contents to the system wirelessly. The SV also comes with a key fob for easy remote entry to the vehicle at any time.

Looking professional demands more than just a new suit or purse that matches your shoes. It's the whole package - from the confidence you carry to the car you drive. Nissan agrees, which is why they designed the 2014 Sentra S with your style in mind.
From the outside in, this compact sedan reflects a sophisticated character with its elegant, modern and refined good looks. It's targeted at buyers who aspire to drive something more premium than other models in the segment.
On the exterior, the 2014 Sentra S features a bold signature trapezoid-shaped grille and large wraparound headlights with LED accents. This flows beautifully into the low character lines that sweep from the front fenders, down the sides, and finish at the sculpted taillights and trunk lid, giving the car a more assertive stance. In the rear, LED taillights are also standard, which complement the Sentra's classy styling, as do chrome door handles and window accents around the body of the vehicle.
Inside, the high-quality look continues with materials not usually found in other compact sedans, including the soft-touch details. Along with offering a roomy passenger area, the intuitive interior layout emphasizes driver control and outstanding seat comfort for all occupants. The instrument panel curves out towards the doors and features backlit electroluminescent gauges, providing a stylish look that is easy to read.

There are a few reasons why the Rogue is Nissan’s best-selling vehicle. For one, it has a robust exterior matched with an inviting interior that’s complemented with confidence-inspiring driving dynamics under the hood. But, then there’s also its long list of standard features, which add to the Rogue’s already favorable value proposition.
In short, this crossover is versatile, handsome, and wildly enjoyable to drive. If you haven’t given Nissan’s number one vehicle a closer look, then we suggest you check out the 2016 Rogue SL. Redesigned in 2014, this model challenges convention with its emotive styling, premium interior details, and wonderful handling.
The Rogue SL is powered by a responsive 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, which delivers 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. The engine is matched with Nissan’s Xtronic transmission with Sport and Eco modes, and the crossover also includes Vehicle Dynamic Control and four-wheel disc brakes with ABS as standard equipment. Available in front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, the Rogue is rugged and reliable for life in Seattle.
Inside its spacious interior, the SL comes loaded with many luxury details. This includes Siri Eyes Free and an Around View Monitor, as well as a power liftgate, providing easy access to the trunk. To help you stay organized, the Rogue comes equipped with Nissan’s Divide-N-Hide Cargo System, which boasts 18 adjustable variations between the trunk and occupant areas. If you consider yourself a sports car enthusiast, but still have a foot in practicality, a 2016 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SR might just be the sedan for you. This model offers the exhilarating on-road dynamics that you love, but with a sensible four-door design to suit the needs of your family.
In fact, Nissan designed the SR with the specific purpose of pushing the Maxima’s performance boundaries further than ever before. It features exclusive hardware not found on lower trims, including unique suspension damper tuning and a larger front stabilizer bar. Monotube rear dampers, which provide better high-temperature fade resistance, are standard too, thus helping the sedan compete with other higher-end sports cars.
The 2016 Maxima SR is also engineered with a Performance Chassis Damper, which suppresses high-frequency vibration in the body that can result from a stiffer suspension. A similar damper is used on the high-performance Nissan 370Z NISMO. Inside, the special Alcantara seating inserts hug your body with each twist and turn, while the Alcantara steering wheel insert offers high-grip at key touch points.
From the outside in, the Maxima SR feels sleek, performance-driven, and authoritative, making it the ideal four-door sports car for the road or track – and maybe even the carpool line. If you are looking to slash your monthly fuel costs by switching to an all-electric vehicle, a 2015 Nissan Leaf S is as green as it gets. This best-selling EV runs completely on electricity with zero emissions and no expensive gas bills.
But, critics will tell you that there are costs associated with charging the Leaf and this is true. However, when you compare the price of electricity versus traditional fossil fuels, this plug-in performer still comes out on top. And how do we know this? Well, the automotive reviewers at the Car Connection recently crunched the numbers.
According to their research, a 25-mpg gasoline car (which is considered average economy) usually consumes around $16 in fuel for every 100 miles it is driven, assuming that gas prices are near the $4 per gallon mark. But, when you convert those same 100 miles to a plug-in vehicle, that figure drops significantly – anywhere from $1 to $8, depending on local electricity rates. Over the course of the ownership experience, this equates to thousands in savings, not to mention the additional benefits to the environment.
This can mean only one thing: it’s easy being green in the 2015 Leaf S!

Nissan suggests securing a truce with help from the 2016 Versa Note. This platform promises premium infotainment options - easily curtailing every sibling squabble.
The 2016 Versa Note delivers ample entertainment to Seattle families. Anchoring the center console is the NissanConnect system - which utilizes wireless Bluetooth links to sync with smartphones. With the cost of living on the rise, it can feel like we are being pinched in all areas of our lives. Groceries aren’t as affordable as they used to be and other expenses keep adding up too. Throw in the need for a vehicle and it can feel downright overwhelming. Something has got to give, right?
Well, good news: if you are shopping for a preowned sedan, the 2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 S offers best-in-class standard fuel economy, making it an affordable vehicle to buy and operate. It beats out other popular mid-size sedans with its 2.5-liter DOHC inline four-cylinder engine earning 27 mpg in the city and 39 mpg on the highway.
In layman’s terms, a gas-powered vehicle that can achieve upwards of 40 mpg on the highway is considered extremely fuel efficient. Any rating above that is usually the work of a hybrid or plug-in, which isn’t for everyone, especially commuters who travel long distances or prefer the performance of a traditional engine.
Which brings us to our next point – the Altima S is exceptionally nice to drive. Nissan did a fantastic job engineering this vehicle for improved handling and ride, with little body roll in the corners and good stability on uneven surfaces. Its dynamics are certainly satisfying – and even a little bit sporty – with a quiet interior that’s bolstered by thick insulation and acoustic windshield glass, keeping road noise where it belongs – outside.
It’s a competent, fuel-efficient and credible choice for Seattle area drivers seeking an affordable sedan with sensible fuel costs. To schedule your test drive in a 2016 Altima 2.5 S, contact us at Kirkland Nissan to schedule an appointment.
