this guys in keywest ford knows how to go above and beyond in terms of customer satisfaction. we purchased a vehicle last week and all within 3 hours everything was done. the guys are really time efficient. robert was there all theway from the start to explain everything we need to know about the vehicle. he was very friendly. michelle was the best in getting us approved for the loan as well as finding the best rates for us. you will just notice the entire office staff working closely in a very happy environment.
Horrible and rude managers
Recently had some service work done on my 2016 Ford Taurus (wheel bearing + oil change) No complaints for the service work as it was done quickly but very bad experience regarding a damaged tire caused by the dealer which they denied to take responsibility for. (Inside of the tire sliced caused by hoist floor arm) I spoke with Sue and Tony both who were very rude to me regarding this concern. Exact words from Tony himself ***(we don't take responsibility for any tire issues). I told him I will see you in person with my dad and speak with you about this issue and his response (well you can come down if you like with your dad, uncle or whoever but I don't want to see you,) completely unacceptable responses especially being managers. I was not notified of the tire damage and they did not phone me to ask if i wanted the tire replaced especially being on the sidewall which is a major safety hazard only notes in the inspection report stating small cut in left front tire. I told Tony i shouldve been notified of the damaged tire and asked what if the tire blew on the highway causing a major accident? and he just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal and laughed it off. My vehicle had a previous accident but is still under ford factory warranty because of the previous accident Tony and Sue both threatned me if I proceed any further regarding this tire issue they will deny my warranty claim because of my vehicle being in an accident. And i will have to pay the whole amount. Currently made a claim with Ford Canada regarding this matter and hope to get this resolved.
Happy Ford Owner
Key West is a Reputable Dealership
I have been dealing with Key West for quite a few years for both purchasing and servicing of my FORD cars. I have always found them to be sincere, helpful and easy to deal with for my purchases and listen to what you are asking for. As far as servicing, they are honest and go the extra to make sure you are happy.
Key West Ford
We went to Key West because they had an excellent selection of pre-owned Ford Flex's in stock. We were coming in from out of town to make the purchase, so arranging to have the vehicle available for test drives, getting some service work done prior to taking possession, and then getting the vehicle to us in Kelowna required some coordination. Overall, there were a lot of moving parts to this deal, but Colton the service rep handled everything smoothly and got us into our new car. We're very happy with our new car and with all aspects of our experience at Key West.
I recently needed a new vehicle and had a wonderful experience last time I bought new vehicle at key west ford so once again I go and visit the wonderful people at key west , and sure enough they go above and beyond to help me into another vehicle. I recommend visit key west ford if looking for a vehicle , I’m a customer for life won’t go anywhere else.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They truly know how to treat people. Robert made me feel welcome and I will recommend Key West to my family and friends
My search for a family SUV
Having worked in the service industry myself for over 15 years I appreciate good customer service when I see it.
My experience with the team at Key West Ford was exceptional.
From Yashar in the service department to Rob Vanoverschot and Mike Nokes in the sales office the experience was always friendly, professional and most importantly one where I felt my family's needs were of the highest priority.
We test drove many SUV's of different makes and models and our final decision was unanimous. The Ford Explorer Sport ticked all the boxes for us and more with the quality of the drive, tech package, moon roof and mid console and captain's seats for the kids. A gorgeous vehicle and one we can't wait to drive and take on many long family road trips!
Thank you Key West Ford, you guys are awesome!
Jag Dhillon was very willing to work out a deal with us and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Definitely recommend Jag and Key West Ford.
Thank you for your help
We just purchased a car from Peter Olson and it was great shopping experience with him. Peter was very knowledgeable about cars, and introduced a lot of detailed features to us. During the price negotiation, we didn't feel push, he worked hard to get the best price for us. Highly recommend to buy a car with him.

The 2016 Nissan Sentra SV is a spacious choice for Seattle area drivers in search of an affordable compact sedan. It also comes nicely equipped with many standard features that add to your comfort and convenience when behind the wheel.
As soon as you slip into a Sentra, you’ll notice right away that it offers ample roominess, but with a compact exterior. In fact, the 2016 model features one of the largest interiors in its class with111.0 cubic feet of total interior volume. This is due to the vehicle’s longer wheelbase (106.3 inches), which helps provide both ample rear seat legroom of 37.4 inches and large trunk capacity of 15.1 cubic feet. The back seat offers a 60/40-split fold-down design, adding great versatility to the trunk’s cargo area.
As for standard features, the 2016 Sentra includes a six-way manual driver's seat, four-way manual front passenger's seat, front and rear door pockets, and front and rear seat armrests with cupholders. There’s also A/C with an in-cabin microfilter, or you can upgrade to a Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control System.

It’s the narrowest of spaces - a parking slot wedged between two hulking crossovers, their mirrors hanging dangerously over the faded yellow lines. You frown, unsure of how to navigate this chrome-covered maze. There seems to be no safe angle to choose.
Nissan suggests trusting its 2016 Versa Note to overcome this obstacle.
Allow the 2016 Versa to deliver relief for your parking woes. This hatchback can neatly slide into any space, providing an efficient profile that proves perfect for urban environments. The lean wheelbase - which extends a mere 102.4-inches - offers sleek fenders and slim paneling. The compact track widths (58.3-inches in the front, 58.5-inches in the rear) ensure easy maneuverability; while the low height (60.5-inches) eliminates bulky A-Pillars to increase overall visibility. Drivers can quickly identify the most effective routes and slip this platform inside.
To further improve mobility, the 2016 Versa Note boasts a curb-to-curb turning diameter of only 34.2 cu.-ft. This ensures that it can deftly respond to every downtown street, weaving between traffic and narrow lanes alike.

When it comes to unique styling and power, the 2014 Nissan Juke SV is in a class of its own. Its good looks are cutting edge, but so is what's hiding under the hood. Unlike other compact SUVs, the Juke is equipped with a turbocharged engine and available all-wheel drive, making it a stand out choice for Seattle area drivers wanting equal doses of capability and flair.
The 2014 Juke SV is outfitted with a 1.6-liter direct injection gasoline inline four-cylinder engine, which delivers an impressive mix of performance and economy. It dished out a cool 188 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque with each twist and turn of the road...perfect for the enthusiastic driver!
According to KBB.com, a manual-equipped front-wheel drive Juke can sprint to 60 mph in around seven seconds flat, while the CVT and AWD each add about a half tick to that baseline figure. Either way, the Juke promises impressive get-up-and-go with the added benefit of fuel efficiency, earning EPA city/highway fuel economy ratings of 25/31 mpg (FWD, manual), 27/32 mpg (FWD, automatic), or 25/30 mpg (AWD, automatic).
As for its looks, the Juke SV is as slick on the interior as it is the exterior. You can also opt for Nissan’s Navigation Package, which adds an SD-card-based navi system with 5.0-inch color LCD screen and a rearview monitor.

The days prove fickle in Seattle - with every minute yielding a new burst of weather, another environmental challenge to conquer. Drivers wade through fog and rain; and they endure blustery winds with a resigned grace. The roads are rarely clear and never easy.
This is why we recommend the 2011 Frontier SV - a Nissan pick-up that is primed for every weather pattern.
Sitting on our lot is the 2011 Frontier SV. This platform proves ideal for Seattle consumers, allowing them to adapt to ever-changing conditions. 16-inch all-season tires anchor the chassis, promising precise grippage; electronic stability and traction control work to eliminate under-steerage; and a locking limited slip differential ensures a smooth ride. A four-wheel-drivetrain further impresses, optimizing responses by instantly modifying torque distribution as needed.
This Nissan truck delivers crisp performance on every highway - even as the day shifts from sleet to snow to the very rare sunshine. It utilizes rack-and-pinion steering to ensure nimble handling; while its all-wheel disc brakes boast ABS for seamless decelerations.
