this guys in keywest ford knows how to go above and beyond in terms of customer satisfaction. we purchased a vehicle last week and all within 3 hours everything was done. the guys are really time efficient. robert was there all theway from the start to explain everything we need to know about the vehicle. he was very friendly. michelle was the best in getting us approved for the loan as well as finding the best rates for us. you will just notice the entire office staff working closely in a very happy environment.
Horrible and rude managers
Recently had some service work done on my 2016 Ford Taurus (wheel bearing + oil change) No complaints for the service work as it was done quickly but very bad experience regarding a damaged tire caused by the dealer which they denied to take responsibility for. (Inside of the tire sliced caused by hoist floor arm) I spoke with Sue and Tony both who were very rude to me regarding this concern. Exact words from Tony himself ***(we don't take responsibility for any tire issues). I told him I will see you in person with my dad and speak with you about this issue and his response (well you can come down if you like with your dad, uncle or whoever but I don't want to see you,) completely unacceptable responses especially being managers. I was not notified of the tire damage and they did not phone me to ask if i wanted the tire replaced especially being on the sidewall which is a major safety hazard only notes in the inspection report stating small cut in left front tire. I told Tony i shouldve been notified of the damaged tire and asked what if the tire blew on the highway causing a major accident? and he just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal and laughed it off. My vehicle had a previous accident but is still under ford factory warranty because of the previous accident Tony and Sue both threatned me if I proceed any further regarding this tire issue they will deny my warranty claim because of my vehicle being in an accident. And i will have to pay the whole amount. Currently made a claim with Ford Canada regarding this matter and hope to get this resolved.
Happy Ford Owner
Key West is a Reputable Dealership
I have been dealing with Key West for quite a few years for both purchasing and servicing of my FORD cars. I have always found them to be sincere, helpful and easy to deal with for my purchases and listen to what you are asking for. As far as servicing, they are honest and go the extra to make sure you are happy.
Key West Ford
We went to Key West because they had an excellent selection of pre-owned Ford Flex's in stock. We were coming in from out of town to make the purchase, so arranging to have the vehicle available for test drives, getting some service work done prior to taking possession, and then getting the vehicle to us in Kelowna required some coordination. Overall, there were a lot of moving parts to this deal, but Colton the service rep handled everything smoothly and got us into our new car. We're very happy with our new car and with all aspects of our experience at Key West.
I recently needed a new vehicle and had a wonderful experience last time I bought new vehicle at key west ford so once again I go and visit the wonderful people at key west , and sure enough they go above and beyond to help me into another vehicle. I recommend visit key west ford if looking for a vehicle , I’m a customer for life won’t go anywhere else.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They truly know how to treat people. Robert made me feel welcome and I will recommend Key West to my family and friends
My search for a family SUV
Having worked in the service industry myself for over 15 years I appreciate good customer service when I see it.
My experience with the team at Key West Ford was exceptional.
From Yashar in the service department to Rob Vanoverschot and Mike Nokes in the sales office the experience was always friendly, professional and most importantly one where I felt my family's needs were of the highest priority.
We test drove many SUV's of different makes and models and our final decision was unanimous. The Ford Explorer Sport ticked all the boxes for us and more with the quality of the drive, tech package, moon roof and mid console and captain's seats for the kids. A gorgeous vehicle and one we can't wait to drive and take on many long family road trips!
Thank you Key West Ford, you guys are awesome!
Jag Dhillon was very willing to work out a deal with us and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Definitely recommend Jag and Key West Ford.
Thank you for your help
We just purchased a car from Peter Olson and it was great shopping experience with him. Peter was very knowledgeable about cars, and introduced a lot of detailed features to us. During the price negotiation, we didn't feel push, he worked hard to get the best price for us. Highly recommend to buy a car with him.

Gear up for adventure! Rocky roads and difficult passes are no match for the 2017 Nissan Rogue SL. This is an automobile that you can trust to serve you as well off the asphalt as it does on the highways and byways of Seattle, Renton, and Bellevue.
One standout reason for the 2017 Rogue SL’s nimbleness across any terrain is the inclusion of all-wheel drive. It’s responsive and sports integrated traction control for enhanced stability and agility as you move across inclines and declines. Electric-assisted steering further ups the ante and keeps the SUV immensely responsive, while the 2.5L four-cylinder is incredible peppy. It delivers 170 horses and 175-lb.-ft of torque.
We also want to take a moment to highlight another performance-related aspect of the Rogue: its CVT design. This stands for “continuously variable transmission.” It differs from a traditional automatic in that there are no set, rigid gears. Instead, there are an effectively unlimited amount of ratios to work with, meaning it offers a ridiculously smooth driving experience. However, user operation is just as simple as you’re used to.

There are many reasons why the 2017 Rogue is Nissan's best-selling vehicle, but we like to think that it's because of its comfort. This SUV is not only versatile and spacious inside, but it's designed with your contentment in mind, no matter if you are the driver or passenger.
First off, let's talk about the Rogue SV's dynamics, which Nissan has tuned to favor ride quality over sporty handling. Under the hood is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that pushes 170 horsepower and 175 lb.-ft. of torque. It comes matched with Nissan's Xtronic continuously variable transmission, providing smooth shifting, even under normal-to-moderately hard accelerations.
And once you reach cruising speeds, the 2017 Rogue SV breezes along with a nicely cushioned ride, while the suspension limits body roll through fast corners. Its steering is also light and responsive with great feel and feedback, providing a competent and composed on-road experience, even when loaded down with passengers and belongings.
Inside, the SV comes well-equipped with a comfortable interior that features illuminated instrumentation, quality materials and soft-touch surfaces. Its NASA-inspired "Zero Gravity" front seats are supportive and relaxing, while legroom and headroom also abound in the first and second rows. Cargo room is generous too with rear seats that fold nearly flat, accommodating all types of gear.
For a family SUV, you certainly won't be disappointed. To learn more about the 2017 Rogue SV, including pricing and specs, contact us at Kirkland Nissan in Seattle, Washington.
Safety above everything. That’s what Nissan took to heart when designing the 2017 Nissan Rogue S. It’s a family car that takes the security of its passengers seriously, and as such, it’s won commendations from consumers and critics far and wide.
Side-impact curtain and dual-stage front supplemental inflatables lead the safety charge here as part of the Nissan Advanced Air Bag System (AABS). It provides rollover and occupant classification sensors for automatic deployment in the event of a crash. Smart! Moreover, the blind spot warning lets operators know whenever another vehicle is coming up on them by issuing an audible beep. Rear Cross Traffic Alert does the same whenever you put the car into reverse.
These different safety measures mean wonderful things for the Rogue’s ability to stand up to scrutiny. The IIHS has awarded the crossover its highest score of “Good” in the following categories: small overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength, head restraints and seats. Further, it nabbed a “Superior” mark for its ability to prevent front crashes.

The SUV was put through rigorous evaluations, which tested the durability of its small overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength, head restraints and seats. It also scored a “Superior” rating for front crash prevention, an “Acceptable” score for headlights, and a “Marginal” score for the ease of child seat anchors.
For families concerned about passenger safety, the 2017 Rogue cannot be beaten. The base S trim offers immense value with a long list of standard safety features, including an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), electric power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, Forward Emergency Braking (FEB), Blind Spot Warning (BSW), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA).

The temptation is great. You stare across the miles - aching to seek out the horizon, wanting to experience those backroad thrills. A small sputter from your sedan, however, quickly silences these thoughts. It wasn’t made for adventure, after all. It was instead intended for everyday errands, forcing you to avoid those last-minute escapes.
Nissan suggests seeking something all-terrain ready - such as the 2017 Rogue SL.
This crossover proves perfect for the suburbs or the trails. Anchored by a 2.5L four-cylinder engine, it promises superior power - generating 170 HP and 175 lb.-ft of torque. A responsive AWD delivers peerless handling on every rocky road, while electric-assisted steering provides smooth cornering. Integrated stability and traction control further impresses, allowing drivers to conquer every incline with ease.
These features then combine with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Fluidly shifting to the necessary gears, this function eliminates the sluggish responses that often plague crossovers - enabling users to quickly adapt to every roadway. The Rogue's driving mechanics remain smooth and steady.
