The salesman and other staff were friendly knowledgeable and efficient.
Would recommend the dealership. I got a good deal and the selection was outstanding. I live on Vancouver Island and the price was better here.
From first contact to the end, it was a smooth and awesome experience at Key West Ford.
I inquired to the sales rep Kai through AutoTrader the day before about a 2008 Jeep Patriot. Within hours I got a response, and we scheduled a test drive next day.
Following day Kai was awesome and texted me his ETA to the dealership, and made sure I was taken care of before I even came in. The test ride was smooth, and I loved the car and price. The finance rep Gurj was also fantastic, worked around some technicalities with the financing and got me on the road in no time.
Within a few hours, everything was sealed and I drove home with the Jeep. Thank you Kai, Gurj, and everyone else who took care of me today. I appreciate the transparency, friendliness, and professionalism from everyone.
Great service from Pete & Brian
We bought two used cars, one from Brian and one from Peter. Both took their time to search for the right car and we went with each car on a test drive.
Peter Olson was very helpful with everything took his time to explain and show all.
Management team was remarkable.
This place is a friendly and amazing place to be.
Recommend to everyone that want to have a amazing experience like myself.
Great service from the staff a Key West Ford. I was surprised to pick up vehicle with a fill tank of fuel alot of dealerships don't do this anymore.
Search over !!!
Going above and beyond to satisfy
Peter, while on his day off (what salesperson ever has a day off LOL) spent the entire day trying to find the best fit for us in a used vehicle. After shovelling many cars covered in a foot of snow, we realized that Peter was willing to shovel the whole lot if we could find what we were looking for. What really impressed us was not only his knowledge of the vehicles and the new technology but his desire to find us the vehicle best suited to our needs. Peter helped us narrow down the search and test drive suitable vehicles till we found this comfortable and economical vehicle with more options than we asked for.
All the staff involved in our search were friendly, courteous and very helpful
Buying a truck from Key West Ford was a positive experience.
Buying our used truck from Key West Ford turned out to be a hassle free experience for my wife and me. The sales person, Jag Dhillon, and the two managers, Ivan Matulik and Michael Nokes, were professional, courteous and friendly. We encountered no high pressure sales tactics.
We also were appreciative of the fact that Ivan allowed us to take the truck to our own mechanic for an inspection and appraisal.
The vehicle was more than fairly priced and was in excellent mechanical shape. Their detail crew had the 2010 F150 looking like new.
We would have no problem recommending Key West Ford to others.
Review of sale service
I had an exceptional experience dealing with the whole team at key west Ford, especially Jag and Nicholas T. They went above and beyond to help us get our new vehicle!! I would recommend to others for sure.
Excellent customer service
Peter was an ideal salesman. He was friendly, helpful and put us under no pressure. We got a great deal on exactly the right car.

Great news, Seattle! Models of the all-new 2019 Nissan Leaf are arriving at our dealership and we’ve already had the opportunity to take customers on test drives to experience this plug-in’s zero-emissions performance. If you’ve been eagerly awaiting your turn behind the wheel, stop in and visit us at Kirkland Nissan this week!
Available in S, SV and SL trims, the 2019 Leaf’s pricing is the same as last year (starting at $29,990 MSRP), yet the vehicle now offers additional features, including a new safety system called Rear Door Alert. Parents especially love this inclusion because it uses a series of message displays and honks to remind drivers to check the back seat for kids and pets before leaving the vehicle unattended.
The 2019 model also boasts a range of 150 miles (which equates to a 124 city and 99 highway mpg rating) and numerous driver-assist features, such as ProPilot Assist. With this system, you’ll never have to worry about wandering from your lane since its job is to keep the Leaf on course. ProPilot Assist is also complemented by Nissan’s e-pedal technology, which delivers stronger regenerative braking when you lift off the accelerator, making it easier to slow the car without having to apply pressure to the brake pedal. The 2019 Leaf truly is the wave of the future when it comes to semi-autonomous driving technologies!

If you are seeking a preowned all-electric vehicle that drives more like a regular car, consider purchasing a 2013 Nissan Leaf SV. The U.S. News & World Report gave this plug-in vehicle top marks for its smooth and linear regenerative braking system, which isn’t commonplace for the segment.
The 2013 Leaf is fuelled by an electric motor that produces 107 horsepower and 187 lb-ft of torque. Power is channelled to the front wheels through a single-speed transmission, allowing the plug-in to reach 60 mph in 10.2 seconds. According to the EPA, the Leaf can travel a full 75 miles on a single charge, which equates to a 129/102 mpg-equivalent. When it’s time to refresh the battery, the SV trim is equipped with an upgraded 6.6-kW onboard charger that requires only four hours when connected to a 220-volt outlet.
On the road, the Leaf drives with a calm precision that feels peppy when needed and smooth at cruising speeds. It is also extremely quiet since the powerplant is mated to a single-speed transmission that doesn’t shift. With competent handling and well-weighted steering, you’ll feel like you are driving a traditional car, but without the need for expensive gasoline. The regenerative braking system on the Leaf was also designed with good pedal-feel in mind.

We all want to do our part to help the environment, but stretching our dollars to do so can be difficult. Organic produce and ethically-sourced products can come with heftier price tags, and switching to more eco-friendly transportation can be unreachable for some.
But not if you choose a preowned 2012 Nissan Leaf SL. This plug-in electric vehicle produces zero emissions and it’s also affordable to purchase and own. It’s an accessible and reasonable option for Seattle area conservationists wanting to ditch expensive fossil fuels and tread softer on the earth.

Combined, this allows the EV to produce 107 horsepower and 207 lb-ft of torque, while dishing out 73 miles of range on a single charge. If you are familiar with EPA ratings, this equates to an equivalent of 106 mpg city and 92 mpg highway or 99 mpg combined. When it’s time to “refuel”, a visit to a high-voltage charging station will juice up the battery to 80 percent capacity in about 30 minutes. You won’t have huge lags of downtime in this EV.
The SL trim boasts numerous earth-friendly touches that you are sure to appreciate, like comfortable cloth upholstery that is made from recycled materials and a solar panel mounted to the rear spoiler that keeps your devices charged. The 2012 Leaf is also equipped with numerous tech-inclusions to keep you safe and connected on the roads, including a rearview camera, Bluetooth capabilities and a navigation system.
