We are very happy with the service and support we have received from Robert. We had a lot of questions and needed some extra support with our new Mustang, and Robert was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient, doing whatever it took to make up happy. The whole team at Key West, including Nicholas Terezakis who handled our warranty purchases, have been great to deal with.
We were in good hands. Thanks everyone!

My second deal with them.Excellent customer service.Very professional. They took care of everything.Even for finance not a single issue.Thamk you again guys.Enjoying my new ride😉
Disappointed. Shocked this is a Ford dealership
Very disappointed,my sons first experience purchasing a new vehicle. Had I known how poor this dealership is I would’ve have convinced him to buy somewhere else. Do not buy from this dealership or this sales manager. Doesn’t care about your complaints. Word of advice test drive at this lot but order and buy from another dealership. You’ll get treated better
Above & Beyond
This fellow is one of a kind. In all my life I’ve never had a good experience at a car dealership until I went to Key West Ford. What an amazing group of people. My focus titanium(2017) is the second purchase that I’ve made off Michael both experiences were something to write home about.
Whether you’re in the market for a Ford or any other kind of vehicle please do yourself a favour and check out the great people at Key West Ford.
Helped me find the car I want
This is my first car purchase. When I came to here, I didn't have a clear idea on what car I shall buy. Allan showed me around on several probable ways to buy my first car. The next day, he also found another car that suit my current need.
As I am new to Canada, there are a lot of differences on law, rules and regulations from the country I was in. Allan provided useful information on all of them and helped me get to a purchase solution that can fit into my short term and long term plan.
Now I have used the car for some time and everything seems good :)
2017 F150 supercrew
Great pricing, very helpful. I'm from out of town and was on a tight schedule. Jag and the rest of the folks at key west were sensitive to my time constraints and had my truck ready for delivery with no hiccups.
We had a small car budget in mind and after talking it over and trying various model we settled for something newer than expected without breaking the bank.
Very happy with my purchase and recommend to anyone looking for a used or new car to start at key West Ford.

Automotive spies are at it again - and this time, they have their eyes on the highly-anticipated 2019 Nissan Murano. The SUV was recently spotted in partial camo, boasting exterior updates that have speculators very excited.
Upon first glances, it appears the 2019 Murano will embrace similar design cues as its sibling, the new Nissan Altima, which is set to debut at the 2018 New York Auto Show. Based on the spy footage, the Murano features a revised Nissan V-Motion grille, which is flanked by sharp-looking LED headlamps. Around back, there are also new taillights, which look to have more red in their coloring than the usual mix of crimson and clear parts.
As for the interior, rumors are swirling about there being an updated infotainment system, similar to the all-new 2018 Nissan Kicks. We also expect that the Murano will include safety features from the automaker's ProPilot Assist line-up, which would be well-received by Seattle drivers. Word on the street is that the SUV's engine specs will remain the same, but as we know, Nissan does like to surprise the masses, from time to time.
The 2019 Nissan Murano is expected to make its debut later this year. To learn more about its availability, pricing and specs, be sure to check back to our blog or contact our team at Kirkland Nissan to remain in the loop.
Winter often cripples the automotive market - with sales falling and interest waning. Drivers don’t wish to face the cold, trading dealerships for goose-down experiences. They choose to hibernate through every incentive.
The 2018 Murano has proven to be an exception to the seasonal rule, however. Nissan’s venerable crossover has achieved record-breaking sales - with February delivering a staggering 11% year-to-year increase.
According to Nissan, the new Murano dominates the charts. In February it secured 6,179 total units (compared to 2017’s 5,569). This allowed it to push past its competitors and the brand’s own top contenders, surpassing both the Titan and the Armada.
How did Nissan achieve such strong winter sales? The Kirkland team believes the answer lies beneath the Murano’s hood - with this crossover delivering a potent 3.5L DOHC V6 engine. Its high red-line (6,000 RPM) ensures all-terrain performance, yielding 260 HP and 246 lb.-ft of torque; while its available AWD maximizes every rev, combining an XTronic transmission with a multi-link strut suspension. These features work in tandem to create a smooth ride, enabling the platform to roar from 0 to 60 in just seven seconds.
The 2018 Murano has conquered both the snow and the sales charts - making it a true Seattle contender. To learn more about this and other Nissan crossovers contact our team today.

Seattle, it's time to embrace the dark side with the release of the 2018 Murano SL. Nissan has merged crossover practicality with its exclusive Midnight Edition Package, giving drivers what they want: unmatched versatility with haunting style. Dramatic visual impact is finally here!
According to a recent press release, the Midnight Edition Package is now being offered on 2018 Nissan Murano SLs to capitalize on the popular aftermarket trend of blackout wheels and trim. However, the advantage of ordering a factory-direct package is the quality and warranty of the product.
The Midnight Edition upgrade adds sleek 20-inch black aluminum alloy wheels that are sure to turn heads with their mysterious style. Blackout outside mirrors, roof rails and a license plate finisher also add to the Murano's dark good looks, along with a black V-Motion grille, front and rear lower bumper accents, and side body moldings. Midnight Edition black exterior name/grade badges, splash guards, and illuminated kickplates complete the package.
Available on the 2018 Murano SL, Nissan's Midnight Edition Package promises to deliver intense style to Seattle streets. To experience the impact and appeal for yourself, contact our dealership to schedule a test drive.
The frustration is all too familiar. You glare at your phone, trying to frighten its battery back to an acceptable level. It remains impervious to your threats, however, and drops yet another percentage point - leaving you with no source of entertainment for the long drive home. Silence will be your companion for this commute.
Don’t panic: Nissan has a solution for this connectivity problem. Take advantage of the 2018 Murano’s extensive digital suite!
As Nissan recently explained, the 2018 Murano is primed for every mile - utilizing a series of tech options to keep drivers engaged. An eight-inch touchscreen frames the center console, allowing for easy access to the SiriusXM satellite radio and TraveLink system (which provides real-time movie listings, sports scores, and other customizable content). USB ports offer effortless iPod integration, while wireless Bluetooth links allow users to sync their tablets. Utilize the voice-activated controls to send text messages or read social feeds; shake the cabin with the available BOSE stereo; and sample songs from your favorite artists via the single-CD player.
To ensure seamless connectivity, the 2018 Murano also boasts Apple CarPlay and Android Auto software - enabling drivers to interact with the smartphones (when the battery is charged, of course).

A second seems so innocuous - and yet its short span is enough to send your car sliding off the pavement, with all traction lost on a too-sharp curve. That little moment becomes terrifyingly long and, even after it ends, the panic lingers.
Nissan wishes to spare you this feeling - which is why it’s bolstered the 2018 Murano with an intuitive safety suite. These technologies will ensure improved responses on the highway, and they’ll help to counter the fear of a sudden crash.
As a recent Nissan press release explains, the 2018 Murano is tailored for accident prevention. Four cameras line the front and rear, utilizing radar scanners to detect approaching obstacles (this information is then relayed in real-time to a seven-inch LCD screen to ensure drivers maintain 360-degree views of their environments). Intelligent Cruise Control promotes highway-regulated speeds, while Automatic Emergency Braking engages when a potential crash is sensed. Rear Cross Traffic Alerts constantly monitor the lanes, and Blind Spot Warnings help to negate sudden collisions.
Nissan has also fused the 2018 Murano with its signature Around View system. This utilizes a series of audio and visual cues to alert drivers to approaching impediments while reversing. It proves crucial in crowded downtown garages and allows for smooth parking.
With the release of the 2018 Murano, Nissan provides drivers with the security they deserve - and it enables them to avoid those all too dangerous seconds. To learn more contact us today.

SUV drivers are historically not very concerned with power. Sure, utility is usually important; comfort and style come in a close second and third... But performance? Not usually top of the list. Well, for those of you who believe that agility and force are must-haves for any crossover to truly possess the full package, the 2018 Nissan Murano is the vehicle for you.
It all starts with the Murano’s 3.5-L V6. Able to rev up to 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque, this engine can do more than just take you from point A to point B (like trailer up to 1,500 lbs, for instance). With class-exclusive, next-generation CVT technology, this shiftless transmission system can give you the perfect amount of force and hold you there. Goodbye gear hunting!
When it comes to handling, the 2018 Murano provides the perfect amount of precision exactly whenever and wherever you need it most. With intelligent AWD technology, power is sent to each axle independently depending on conditions. Climbing a steep and uneven grade? All wheels kick in simultaneously to help carry you up. Up to speed and on the highway? The system sends power to the front only to increase fuel economy.
Contact Kirkland Nissan to see the 2018 Murano for yourself.
The 2018 Nissan Murano is a big-time player in the SUV market. It commands consumer attention through its sublime combination of safety and performance features that push its segment forward. If you’re looking for a fresh ride in the new year, this could be the one!
There is a myriad of onboard safety inclusions, but we’re going to focus on two integral ones in this space today. First is Automatic Emergency Braking, which prevents front crashes by sensing cars moving ahead of you and slowing or stopping your Murano whenever you get too close. Then there's Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, which is a complementary feature that makes you aware of the distance and speed of automobiles around you, giving an audible alert as necessary. If safety is important to you, this SUV reigns supreme.
The 2018 Murano is also a high performer. It relies on its trusty, powerful 3.5L V6. The motor revs and roars, offering 260 HP. It’s surprisingly easy on gas consumption, too. As you roll around Seattle, Bellevue, and Renton, you’ll find that the SUV provides an average MPG of 28 highway / 21 city.

A comfortable drive is contingent on a lot of things; the engine should be quiet, the steering and acceleration should be responsive, the suspension should be tuned just right… The list goes on and on. What many of us fail to consider, however, is the importance of a good interior. The 2018 Nissan Murano, with its intelligent and palatial cockpit, provides drivers with a luxurious and intuitive experience that performs just as well as what’s beneath the hood.
Chrome and trim accents catch the glow of the ambient lighting placed strategically throughout the leather-wrapped interior, making every ride in the Murano feel like some kind of art gallery visit. And with a choice between cashmere, graphite, or mocha coloring (with brushed silver or jasper pearlescent highlights), you can customize the inside of this crossover to fit even the biggest personalities.
With its recently redesigned control panel, every creature comfort in the 2018 Murano is easily within reach— from a straightforward, minimal center console to wheel-mounted infotainment buttons. Inspired by the weightlessness of space, the Zero Gravity Seats reduce fatigue for driver and passenger alike, guaranteeing that your next road-trip can last as long as your imagination allows.
