Frequently Asked Questions

How important is it to supply a VIN number when ordering parts?

The VIN is very important for accuracy when ordering parts. When we search our catalog based on just the make and the model of the vehicle, more often than not there are multiple part numbers at different price points. With the VIN, it’ll select the exact part that came factory with your vehicle so there’s no question whether it’s the right one or not.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is within 30 days of receiving your part. We would need the part to be in its original package and will be inspected upon return. The original Nissan sticker with the part number must be intact with either the part or the original box. We do not accept any electronic returns.

My car has a warning that my battery in my key fob is low, could I get that fixed?

Yes! Stop by our parts department during our open hours and our parts countermen can easily change that for you. No appointment needed!

I lost my keys! What’s the process of getting a new set of keys?

Give the parts department a call with the VIN number ready so we can check to see if we have the key in stock and to see if the key needs to be programmed to your vehicle. If your key does not need programming, come by our parts counter with your license and matching registration and we can cut you a new key. If your key needs programming to your vehicle, you’ll need to have your car here at the dealership whether it’d be towing it in or driving it here with your spare key. An appointment with our service drive would be highly recommended so our technicians will have the time to program the new key to your vehicle along with making sure we have the key in stock or have the key on order for the scheduled appointment time. Matching license with registration is also needed for this process.

We carry a wide variety of products - from a genuine Nissan oil filter to Nismo accessories
